Curtains.  Please read the label. It will give details on the fabric and the best way to clean it. If in doubt, take the curtains to a Dry Cleaner who will be able to help.  As a general rule, do not wash curtains too often. Vacuum them lightly to remove dust, or even put them in the clothes drier on a cold cycle to blow out the dust.  Spot clean (as per label) any small marks.  Wash only when needed.

Blinds. For fabric blinds, vacuum and spot clean as for curtains. Do not wash unless stated by the manufacturer. This can shrink or warp the fabric such that they do not hang properly.  Most solid blinds can be dusted with a dust or static brush.  Ultrasonic cleaners do a wonderful job at rejuvenating tired blinds. If in doubt with any cleaning method, try a small area in an inconspicuous place first.
